Offers the ability to manage room types, rate plans, and images directly from Channel Manager. Enhanced feature support for creating new room types and rate plans within the Channel Manager.

Navigate to Channels
Login to extranet > Channels > select Booking.Com
When no mapping is in place you are prompted with a message 'Do you have an account or contract with Booking.Com'
No - you are diverted to setup a new listing
Yes - enter Booking.Com Legal Entity ID and Booking.Com Listing ID, you can proceed to connect your Booking.Com listing to Channel Manager

Map to an existing Booking.Com listing, not currently mapped in Channel Manager

Set currency, pricing type and taxes
Select room types to map to Booking.Com listing
Click 'Add' to proceed to mapping page and click Map next to the room you wish to map
Mapping link existing room types and rate plans on Booking.Com to Channel Manager. You are present with 2 options, click one of the options
Map to a existing room/rate set in Booking.com – this option is to map the room type in Channel Manager to a room/rate plan listed on Booking.com. Applies to channel manager room types that are currently not mapped
Create new rate plan or link existing rate plan to room - this option allows you to map an existing Booking.com rate plan or create a new rate plan in Booking.com
Option 1 - Map to existing room/rate set in Booking.Com map the room type in Channel Manager to a room/rate plan listed on Booking.com. Applies to channel manager room types that are currently not mapped. Click option to divert to mapping
Channel Room Name: From the side bar, select the room type and rate plan that need to be mapped
Rate code: This is required for some PMS for booking delivery. As a standard, it is mandatory that a code be set up for all. This is set up in rate codes. Click on the drop down box to select applicable. If there is none set up, you can create via Setup > Rate Codes.
App Guest: Room based pricing and Occupancy based pricing supported (Default pricing module is Room based
Occupancy pricing:
Simply apply the formula/surcharge for all guests that can be accommodated in the selected room.
Once mapping is completed for all rooms, enable the OBP flag in the channel password
Multiplier: Set rate multiplier, this is calculated from the base rate.
Fixed minimum stay: Channel supports flexible minimum stay – select No if Min stay varies
Maximum Stay: Channel supports flexible maximum stay
SAVE - this will divert to mapping page, which lists all units mapped. Click map a room to continue mapping.
Once you have completed all mapping, select Edit for channel password > scroll to 'Enable Channel' to enable Booking.Com in Channel manager. This action will programme a full sync and pull in future bookings
Option 2: Create a new rate plan or link to an existing rate plan to the room – this option allows you to map an existing Booking.com rate plan or create a new rate plan in Booking.com.
Click ‘Create a new rate plan or Link to existing plan, follow prompts to complete setup
Channel room type: Select Booking.com room type
Channel rate plan: Select ‘Create new rate plan’ or select an available rate plan from the drop down
Create new rate plan – channel manager rate code required, please select from the drop down
Meal plan: Select applicable meal plan. Meal plans are based on the Booking.com setup
Cancellation policy: Select from the drop down. Options are based on your setup in Booking.com. To create a new policy, please log in to the Booking.com extranet
MAP - on click you are then diverted to mapping page

Create a new room on Booking.Com this option allows you to create a new room type on Booking.Com
Click MAP next to room type in Channel Manager. A pop-up with options will appear, select 'Add new room on Booking.Com' on click you are then diverted to a wizard & mapping page
Wizard will auto move to the next page when you click next.

Room info - Room type, name, amenities etc
Room Images - minimum 4 images required. Select check box next to image to apply
Rate info - link Booking.Com rate plan or create a new rate plan
