Access Evo - View Guest information and Credit Card details

To protect sensitive information such as Guest data and Payment information (i.e Credit card) this information is masked - this complies with GDPR and protection standards

To view guest data is simply and accessible using OTP

Navigate to Bookings module

  1. Log in to the extranet > Bookings

Locate the 'Key' Icon (on hover over, Access Key label is displayed)

  1. On click, an OTP code will be sent to the registered email address

  2. Enter the OTP and select the booking for which you wish to view guest or card details for

Note - OTP is valid for 30 minutes and is used across all modules that require an access key, including Secure Pay and Guest Report.
