Secure Pay overview: Enables properties to collect payments securely from guests without needing to take card details manually or over the phone. Properties can generate a secure payment link and send it directly to the guest by email, who can then complete payment safely through the payment gateway. Payment links can be created either standalone from the Secure Pay module (for any charge - deposits, extras, additional services) or generated directly from a booking in the Bookings module for direct bookings only.

Navigate to SecurePay
Login to extranet > Booking Engine > Settings > SecurePay
SecurePay Module - On click, this module displays all payments (including payment information - OTP to view guest information), download and payment request options, payment options and additional actions.

Payment Options there are 2 payment options available, providing more flexibility to how your property operates. Direct Payment Link & Create Payment Link
Re-send Payment request allowing properties to resend a payment request
Retrieve and access payment link for any booking or service (CRS or SecurePay links generated from bookings module)
Expire feature, allows you to expire payment request link or expire and create a new link with the same payment information

Direct Payment Link Property generated link without pre-filled amount or payment purpose. Guest enters their own information and the amount they're paying. Flexible for the property to distribute the same link to various guests (email direct to guest by property) or embedded on their website.

Select 'Direct Payment link' from SecurePay module
On click a new tab will open. Copy link from browser and share with guest

Create Payment Link The property completes a form with guest details which then generates a link where the guest's information and payment amount are pre-filled. The guest simply opens the link and enters their payment details to complete the transaction. This is commonly used for charging additional services on an existing booking (e.g. extras, upgrades, damage fees).

How to 'Create Payment Link'
Select 'Create Payment Link' from SecurePay module, to open form. Complete all fields
Reference, to identify and allocate to payment (i.e booking number)
Payers name and email, payment link is addressed and sent to this information
Currency and amount
Purpose of payment, highlight reason for payment (dates, business name, etc). Is included on the payment link sent to guest
Payment message (optional), included in email sent to guest

Guest Display once payment link created all payment information is pre-populated with several fields guests are required to complete to proceed with payment
