Housekeeping overview: A feature that gives you a centralized view of all rooms scheduled for checkout, allowing staff to track, update, and assign cleaning for all rooms, ensuring ready for arriving guests

How to access Housekeeping module
Login to extranet > Settings > Tools > Housekeeping
Clicking will display
Rooms booked and scheduled to check-out (current date), with room status
Guest name (OTP required)and cleaning status
Option to update cleaning status for each room
Search option available by guest name, room name or cleaning status
Room address, easy for Housekeeping staff to identify location
Room Key info, provide staff with access information (setup within Room type module)
How to change the cleaning status: To update cleaning status, guests must be marked as either checked-in or checked-out.
Simply open required booking
Scroll to 'Room details' section, to locate Check-in button (visible on check-in date only)
Simply click to check guest in. This updates the 'cleaning status' in the Housekeeping module to reflect that the guest is currently in the room.
On check-out date, simply follow the above steps to check guest out of room and update cleaning status
What are the cleaning statuses: visible on current date
Occupied: Guest has not checked-out and room is not ready to clean. Guest must have checked-out to change the status)
On-Change: Guest has checked-out and room is available to clean
On-queue: Is in queue to clean
Cleaning in progress: Cleaners are in the room cleaning
Ready: Guests checked out, room is clean and ready for next guests arrival
Out of Order: Room not available
Room status: To outline the guest status for the room, if the room is expecting a new guest or vacant. Visible throughout
New arrival: New guest booked and arriving today
Vacant: No guests arriving today, room is vacant post clean
