Pricing module: Is how rates are calculated and pushed out to OTAs. Some offer Room Base Pricing, where as others offer Occupancy Based pricing. There are some that offer both, and allow you to choose what best works for you.
What is the difference between the Pricing Modules?
Room-Based Pricing A fixed rate is applied to the room, regardless of how many guests stay. In some cases you set the rate for applicable guests, and apply additional charges for extra guests
Occupancy-Based Pricing (OBP) Rates vary depending on the number of guests. This helps maximise revenue for larger rooms by offering tailored pricing.
