The Access Key is not the same as the login password. The Access Key is usually at a default, and the property must define its own at the time of setup.
If you do not remember the current access key, watch the following video, STAAH MAX V2 - What is the Use of the Access Key?, and follow the steps below.
On the STAAH Extranet, go to the User icon, then go to the second option, Access Key.
You can enter the current and new passwords and then click save.
If you want to reset a forgotten access key, select ‘Forgot Access Key?’
This generates an email with a password reset link, which is sent to your registered email address.
You can then follow the link to create a new access key.
