View credit card details using your Access Key
You can watch the following video, STAAH MAX V2 - How to View Credit Card Details with your Access Key?, and follow the steps below.
Log in to the MAX extranet.
Go to the Bookings module.
A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your Access Key.
If you do not wish to view full details, click the X to close the pop-up.
Bookings will be displayed with masked guest information.
Enter your Access Key to unlock full booking details.
Once entered:
You can view credit card details.
The Export button becomes available.
Access remains active for 15 minutes within the same session.
If you refresh the page or remain inactive for 15 minutes:
The session expires.
You will need to re-enter the Access Key.
