The report guest misconduct tool supports specific scenarios specified by Booking.com, so the misconduct needs to match one of the scenarios. Reports can be submitted anytime, one day after check-in to seven days after check-out.
To Report Guest Misconduct via STAAH on STAAH, you can follow the steps below.
Required Conditions
You can report misconduct from one day after check-in to seven days after check-out.
The option is available only during this time window.
Steps to Report Guest Misconduct
Go to Setup > Reservations > Advanced Booking Search.
Open the relevant booking.
Click Report guest misconduct.

After submission, the button changes to Report guest misconduct log, where you can view the report.
Notes:
Note: This feature is available only for properties connected to Booking.com via STAAH Channel Manager.
Tip: Use this feature to proactively manage guest behaviour and reduce future risks.
