Follow the steps to cancel a reservation made from the Booking Engine/CRS
1. Search for the booking you want to cancel
2. On the action tab, click on the cancel button. You will be prompted with the cancelation Policy and if you want to proceed.
3. An OTP will be sent to the registered email address
4. Click Submit
If you want to just cancel a room (multi-room) and/or day (multi-night), available. All changes are sent to PMS with a modified status
