OTA Promotions overview: The OTA Promotion feature lets properties manage promotional offers directly for channels where they have distribution — pulling in promotions already configured on the channel side, or creating and editing promotions from within the system, without needing to log into each OTA extranet separately.

· Pull existing promotions configured on the OTA extranet into Channel Manager

· Edit existing promotions Modify active or scheduled promotions (dates, discount value, room/rate applicability, min/max stay, etc.) and sync changes back to the OTA.
· Channel manageability, Not all promotions are supported across all channels, based on channel selected the system will indicate fields supported, reducing errors/incorrect information
· Single source management, Instead of logging into six different extranets, the property manages all OTA promotions from one dashboard, reducing manual work and errors.

Create and manage OTA promotions:
Step 1 – Navigate to OTA promotions
Login to extranet > Settings > Tools > select OTA promotions
Step 2 – Create OTA promotion
· Select ‘Add’ to create promotion or ‘Get’ to pull in promotions setup on Channel
· Enter promotion name – visible within Channel manager and OTA extranets
· Select Channel – dropdown menu will display supported channels
· Select type - dropdown menu will display of supported promotions based on selected channel
· Select Channel ID
