Navigate to Expedia Channel Mapping
Login to extranet > Channels > Expedia
Select OTA Promotion
Create Expedia promotion
Select Add
Complete Basic Information (name, channel/ID, type)
Select rate plans
Select who will see promotion and length of stay
NEXT
Set booking dates - dates guest must book to receive promotion & advance days
Set stay dates - date guest must stay to receive promotion
Set discount - amount and type of discount (one off, daily, multi-night)
Blackout dates (optional) - dates where discount is not applicable
CREATE PROMOTION - to save and sync to Expedia
