Manage Expedia Property Status and Compliance

1. Property Status

This section provides insights into your property's listing health on Expedia. You can:

  • View the current status of your property.

  • Check if content requirements are met (e.g., images, descriptions, amenities).

  • Identify missing or incomplete listing elements.

  • Take corrective actions by updating content via Expedia’s content management tools. To fix, manage changes via Expedia content

2. Compliance

This section helps you manage legal registration details required by Expedia. You can:

  • View registration status for each room/unit.

  • Enter or update:

    • Property category (e.g., hotel, guesthouse).

    • Registration type (e.g., hotel license, registration number).

    • License or registration number.

    • Expiry date of the license or registration.

Access These Features

  1. Log in to the MAX extranet.

  2. Go to Channels > Expedia.

  3. Click Units Mapped.

  4. Select either:

    • Property Status to view listing health.

    • Compliance to manage registration details.
