Pending bookings in STAAH Max occur when payment or card details are not received at the time of booking.
Use case
The payment was declined, so the property contacted the guest
The guest makes payment through another method (cash or bank transfer).
The property can then mark the booking as confirmed
Once confirmed, the booking is processed as per normal

Steps to Confirm a Pending Booking
Log in to the MAX extranet.
Go to the Advanced Booking Module.
Locate the pending booking using filters or search.
Open the booking details.
Scroll to the bottom of the booking page.
Click the Confirm Booking button.
βIf prompted, complete the short confirmation form.
The booking status will update to Confirmed.
A confirmation email will be sent to the guest and the property.
If PMS integration is enabled, the booking will be sent to the PMS.
