How to Access:
Login > Payment Connect > Drag and drop feature to order connected payment gateways
Drag handle (⋮⋮) - The vertical dots on the left clearly indicate draggability
"Drag to reorder" hint - Subtle text near the section header
Cursor changes - Cursor becomes a "grab" hand on hover
Hover effect - Tiles lift slightly with shadow when you hover
