If a property needs multiple promo codes for a single promotion, all they need to do is enter the number of codes required, and the system will generate them automatically - instead of creating each code manually one by one.
Bulk Promo Code Overview: Create a large batch of unique codes in a single step. Choose how many codes you need, and the system will create that number of unique sub-codes.

The exact same process as creating a standard promo code with an additional setting
Navigate to Promo Codes
Login to extranet > Booking Engine > Hot Links > Promo Codes
Click 'Add', to proceed with Promo Code setup. For more details on how to create promo code click here
Note - On the Booking Engine, guests won't use the main promo code itself - instead, each redemption uses one of the unique sub-codes generated within that batch
Click the 'Bulk Promo Codes' check box to enable feature. You are presented with 2 additional settings
Quantity - enter the number of promo codes you wish to generate. Maximum 500
Prefix (optional) - add a prefix to the generated sub-codes. Makes identifying easier
Usage type - Single Use or Counter (optional) select applicable option. Lets you restrict how many times each individual sub-code can be used.
SAVE - is now ready, simply download codes and provide to bookers
Extranet download, manage and view Bulk Promo code performance
Download Sub-codes so that you can provide to guests
Locate Bulk Promo code - Bulk promo codes will have an option to download and view within the Bulk Promo column
Select the Download icon, to download to your device
The download will include the sub-code for customer to use, Single and Counter settings. Used count & Bookings included
View/Manage Codes allows you to view sub-codes, usage & usage setting. From here you can also add or delete subcodes
Select the 'View Icon' within the Bulk Promo Code column
Used - indicates number of bookings received for sub-code. Click to view booking details (booking count, booking ID)
Add more - allows properties to add more sub-codes. Enter Prefix (optional) and Quantity + usage type (optional). Click 'GENERATE' to save
Delete - option to delete individual codes, or all. Simply check-box
Note: Option to View Use/Usage type, Download and Add more is also available within the promo code setup. Simply open the Promo code with Bulk setting to view
Additional Information
The main promo code is only used as a reference and cannot be used for bookings. Only the generated sub-codes are valid.
