The alert is flexible so you can add an alert for a special promotion or something about the property like maintenance or an event. This highlights this information when booking, providing transparency to guests

How to setup Booking Engine Alert
Navigate to High Conversion Tools
Login to extranet > High Conversion Tools > Booking Engine Alert
Click ' Add BE Alert' and complete fields
Name - name of the alert, visible within the extranet
Display name - what is visible to the Booker
Description - add details about the alert, visible to the booker
Validity - add date range when the alert will display on the Booking Engine
SAVE
Additional Information
Multiple alerts supported, displayed in descending order
Once an alert is no longer valid due to validity, this is marked as expired.
Note: If the entire property is sold out and they have disabled the sold-out warning popup, and for a particular time period the BE Alert is enabled, then the BE Alert will be displayed.
