SmartPricing Overview: Smart Pricing lets you set discounted rates for guests who book directly, helping you compete with third-party booking sites. You can apply either a fixed rate or percentage discount to your chosen room packages on Swiftbook, and it's simple to set up and manage.

Pay Now Reward guests with a discount who pay in full at the time of booking (requires a Payment Gateway).

Setup Smart Pricing Discounts
Navigate to High conversion tools
Login to extranet > Booking Engine > High Conversion Tools > Smart Pricing
Create Smart Pricing discount
Select 'Add' and complete fields
Name - this is visible throughout extranet and to the guest on Booking Engine
Cancellation Policy - optional, if not selected default package policy will apply
Discount type - select from drop down menu
Discount conditions - enter discount calculation (if discount is 15%, set value as 0.85). Other discount fields will change based on discount type
Package - select packages Smart Pricing discount will apply too. You can also assign Smart pricing discount in package setup
Validity - optional, default will apply throughout. Multi-validity supported
Blackout dates - optional, Stay or Booking date supported. Smart Pricing will not apply for blackout dates
Logo - optional, displayed on Booking engine
Additional Information:
If more than 1 Smart Pricing discount applies to a rate searched, booking engine will apply/ consider the lowest rate, meaning the discount type with the maximum discount
Smart Pricing discount can only be applied to packages that are available for public access
Smart Pricing discount applies to room rate, including all guests booked

Confirmation email - rates displayed are discounted rate. Smart Pricing name indicated, to clearly indicate discount applied
