Package information tool allows you to see what is included in the package while making a booking through the CRS module. Allowing you to sell the package that best meets your bookers needs.
CRS Package Information overview: A tool that lets you view package details such as description and cancellation policy, while making a booking through CRS. This helps you make informed offers and choices for your guest, ensuring a better overall booking experience as you have everything that is included at hand.
Where: Applies during the booking process, and is based on package selected
Navigate to CRS (New Booking) feature
Login to extranet > Bookings
Select 'New Booking'
Create booking
Select Check-in/Check-out, room and package - you are then diverted to the booking form
To view package information, select the 'Package Information' link
